Making a Will

A will ensures that your estate will be divided according to your personal wishes as therein expressed.

Having made your Will it is of course a necessary precaution to review it from time to time to ensure that it reflects your changing circumstances and those of your family and friends.

Question you need to ask yourself

  1. Have I made a Will ?
  2. If I have made a Will, does it require updating ?
  3. If I have made a Will, is the Executor still alive or incapacitated ?
  4. Is my Executor aware of the location of my Original Will?
  5. Have the taxation changes in recent budgets affected my intentions?
  6. Do I need to make special provision for a child ?

Should you wish us to draft a Will on your behalf please complete the enclosed instruction sheet and return it to us and we shall contact you as soon as possible on receipt of same to take your full and final instructions.
